Beck Shoe Products warrants for a period of one (1) year after purchase to the original user / purchaser that this Beck Shoe Buffer is free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service. The brushes and cones for your Beck Shoe Buffer are warranted for a period of 60 days from date of purchase. Beck Shoe Products obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement—at Beck Shoe Products’ option—without charge for material or labor, any part found defective by Beck Shoe Products. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, repairs or alterations by other than authorized agents of Beck Shoe Products or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and any representation or promises inconsistent with or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized, are excluded from this warranty and shall not be binding upon Beck Shoe Products. In no event shall Beck Shoe Products by liable for any special or consequential damages, whether or not foreseeable. All returns for repair or replacement must be authorized by Beck Shoe Products, product must be registered with your dated proof of purchase, and a completed Warranty Registration. Returned product must be carefully packaged in a manner to eliminate additional damage. Beck Shoe Products cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during incoming shipment. Service authorization may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department prior to shipping your machine. No machines will be accepted for service without prior written authorization.
